CANCELLATION POLICY
Normal Season
• One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• Early check out will be charged one night room value
July, August, September
• One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• Early check out will be charged two nights room value
20 December - 10 January and Chinese New Year
• One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
• Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
• No refund for early check out
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
• All confirmed reservation need to be paid by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex)
• Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card charged
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
• Payment by visa, master and Amex are accepted
• The US Dollar currency will be converted into local Indonesia Rupiah using buying USD exchange rate.
• Payment by bank transfer is acceptable for 45 days booking before arrival date.
• All bank transfer fee shall be paid by the sender.
